Plot:- In the wake of a disaster, the tenants of an apartment building turn on one another in this thriller from director Xavier Gens. New York is hit by an unexpected nuclear attack, and Eva (Lauren German) and her husband Sam (Ivan Gonzalez) rush to the basement of their apartment block, believing the cellar is their best bet for safety. They soon discover the basement is the domain of building manager Mickey (Michael Biehn), who is a survivor of the 9/11 attacks and doesn't put much trust in anyone. Convinced venturing outside will kill them all, Mickey refuses to let anyone leave, and Eva and Sam are trapped with macho bully Josh (Milo Ventimigila), Josh's soft-spoken brother Adrien (Ashton Holmes), loudmouth Bobby (Michael Eklund), high-strung single mother Marilyn (Rosanna Arquette), Marilyn's daughter Wendy (Abbey Thickson), and an impatient man named Delvin (Courtney B. Vance). As the days in the basement turn to weeks and supplies of food and water run low, the neighbors become increasingly tense and violent; eventually, the men and women form cliques and turn against one another. The Divide received its world premiere at the 2011 South by Southwest Film Festival.
Plot:- has gotten ahold of some juicy plot details for H&G: Witch Hunters, which is a $60 million project that will be shot in 3D and begins production next month overseas in Germany, under the direction of Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow). Since some of that information definitely borders on SPOILER territory, we’ll just stick to examining the more basic details of the film’s storyline.
Hansel (Renner) and Gretel (Arterton) have grown up and become famous for being highly-effective at hunting down and killing witches in the years since their infamous incident at the gingerbread house. The two were permanently scarred by that event, seeing as that Gretel still suffers nightmares from the ordeal and Hansel is now diabetic (since the witch forced him to eat all the candy when he was a kid).
The town of Augsburg has a serious witch problem, what with numerous children having gone missing and the power-mad Sheriff Berringer (Stormare) burning potentially innocent suspects at the stake left and right. So the town’s mayor recruits Hansel and Gretel to help out.
Hansel and Gretel have their work cut out for them when they arrive in Augsburg. It seems that the rise of the “Blood Moon” marks a holy night for witches, and the siblings have two days before the vivacious sorceress Muriel (Famke Janssen, presumably) uses the occasion to sacrifice multiple children for her own benefit.
It sounds as though H&G: Witch Hunters will bear a definite resemblance to Terry Gilliam’s The Brothers Grimm, and Moviehole says that there are also shades of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and even the western Tombstone as well. The film is shaping up to be a bloody, R-Rated affair with some fanciful fight scenes, humor, suspense, romance, and all that jazz also thrown in the mix.
Development on another literature/horror mashup, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, has been start and go for a while now – seeing as how David O. Russell wrote the most recent version of the script, it’ll probably have more of the darkly comical overtones that look to be present in H&G: Witch Hunters. That’s not so much the case with director Timur Bekmambetov’s Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, which will reportedly be more of a serious biographical picture that also features lots of gruesome vampire violence.
Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters will beat the competition to theaters and is scheduled for release on March 2nd, 2012. Will you be checking it out?
Plot:-A pair of self-styled ghost chasers hunt for spirits in a run-down New England inn in this subtle thriller from director Ti West. The Yankee Pedlar Inn is a hotel in Torrington, CT, that's been welcoming guests for over a hundred years. However, not many have been stopping by lately, and the owners have chosen to shut it down. In the Yankee Pedlar's last weeks of operation, the staff have been reduced to just two people, Claire (Sara Paxton) and Luke (Pat Healy). Neither one is especially interested in hotel management, but they're both students of the supernatural: They've come to the Yankee Pedlar because it has a reputation for being haunted and they want to see for themselves if ghosts walk the halls before it's too late. The two spend their time searching the empty rooms for evidence of paranormal activity, which Luke will post on his website (if he ever finishes it), but they don't find much until an eccentric woman (Kelly McGillis) who shares their fascination with ghosts checks in. Together, they begin to discover the truth about the Yankee Pedlar's strange legacy.
Plot:- The Woman in Black is already creating quite a stir, since the release of it's creepy and mysterious trailers. Particularly because this is the break away film for Harry Potter star, Daniel Radcliffe. Since wrapping up the final film for the series, Radcliffe has been working hard to recreate his image from the famous, young wizard we have known him as. Radcliffe portrays a young lawyer who voyages to an isolated English village in order to settle a recently deceased woman's estate. There, he encounters a vengeful and disdainful ghost who has been menacing the locals. From the looks of it, dealing with this haunting will not be an easy task.
Plot:-When human forces discover the existence of the Vampire and Lycan clans, a war to eradicate both species commences. The vampire warrioress Selene leads the battle against humankind.

Plot:- The Darkest Hourt is the story of five young people who find themselves stranded in Moscow, fighting to survive in the wake of a devastating alien attack. The 3D feature film combines mind-blowing special effects from filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov, with the vision of director Chris Gorak

Plot:- The story takes place during three years of the Great Depression in the fictional "tired old town" of Maycomb, Alabama. It focuses on six-year-old Scout Finch, who lives with her older brother Jem and their widowed father Atticus, a middle-aged lawyer. Jem and Scout befriend a boy named Dill who visits Maycomb to stay with his aunt each summer. The three children are terrified of, and fascinated by, their neighbor, the reclusive "Boo" Radley. The adults of Maycomb are hesitant to talk about Boo and, for many years, few have seen him. The children feed each other's imagination with rumors about his appearance and reasons for remaining hidden, and they fantasize about how to get him out of his house. Following two summers of friendship with Dill, Scout and Jem find that someone is leaving them small gifts in a tree outside the Radley place. Several times, the mysterious Boo makes gestures of affection to the children, but, to their disappointment, never appears in person.
Atticus is appointed by the court to defend Tom Robinson, a black man who has been accused of raping a young white woman, Mayella Ewell. Although many of Maycomb's citizens disapprove, Atticus agrees to defend Tom to the best of his ability. Other children taunt Jem and Scout for Atticus' actions, calling him a "nigger-lover". Scout is tempted to stand up for her father's honor by fighting, even though he has told her not to. For his part, Atticus faces a group of men intent on lynching Tom. This danger is averted when Scout, Jem, and Dill shame the mob into dispersing by forcing them to view the situation from Atticus' and Tom's points of view.
Because Atticus does not want them to be present at Tom Robinson's trial, Scout, Jem, and Dill watch in secret from the colored balcony. Atticus establishes that the accusers—Mayella and her father, Bob Ewell, the town drunk—are lying. It also becomes clear that the friendless Mayella was making sexual advances towards Tom and her father caught her and beat her badly. Despite significant evidence of Tom's innocence, the jury convicts him. Jem's faith in justice is badly shaken, as is Atticus', when a hopeless Tom is shot and killed while trying to escape from prison.
Humiliated by the trial, Bob Ewell vows revenge. He spits in Atticus' face on the street, tries to break into the presiding judge's house, and menaces Tom Robinson's widow. Finally, he attacks the defenseless Jem and Scout as they walk home on a dark night from the school Halloween pageant. Jem's arm is broken in the struggle, but amid the confusion, someone comes to the children's rescue. The mysterious man carries Jem home, where Scout realizes that he is Boo Radley.
Maycomb's sheriff arrives and discovers that Bob Ewell has been killed in the struggle. The sheriff argues with Atticus about the prudence and ethics of holding Jem or Boo responsible. Atticus eventually accepts the sheriff's story that Ewell simply fell on his own knife. Boo asks Scout to walk him home, and after she says goodbye to him at his front door, he disappears again. While standing on the Radley porch, Scout imagines life from Boo's perspective and regrets that they never repaid him for the gifts he had given them.
